Been to the gym to flex the upper body muscles and burnt all of these calories so I'm having a quick drink of Bovril for a bit of protein before I get back to painting. It's bloomin lovely :-).

Grow Your Own Christmas Tree
I've decided to grow my own Christmas tree and here it is so far. All I'll need to do to decorate it up this year is scatter a bit of glitter around the soil. Bargain :-).
